28 weeks!

Getting bigger!

New House

We're loving the new house in SouthPark/Beverly Woods neighborhood!

Here I am unpacking the kitchen--looking so sexy and tiny in my 6 month of pregnancy. Ha! :)

The dogs have a fenced-in backyard, we have a great front yard with a nice big tree, it's a great neighborhood to walk through, and Thomas is happy to have a great kitchen with a gas stove!

We look forward to having a get-together/party soon!

Puppies & Week 27

Parents-to-be going out for a date night to Il Positano. I told you you'd see the dress again!

Notice the tree behind us? It's the same tree I posed in front of at week 20-with just a lot more leaves now. I'm now officially in the 3rd trimester-only a matter of weeks now (probably about 12 weeks)!

It's true love! Look how cute they are! They're just waiting patiently...I can't tell if they're just waiting for Thomas to get home from work or waiting for their sister. Either way, they're cuties!

Emily's College Graduation!

Had a great time visiting Tallahassee for Emily's graduation. What a smart lady...Magna Cum Laude! She's off to Law School in August! This is how I was looking at 26 weeks. You will see this dress again...Sorry, folks, but there are only so many pants I can wear nowadays and dresses are SO much better for me right now. I have 3 or 4 maternity dresses in rotation. :)





We're Chi O Sisters, too! The house looks great...although it felt a little strange being there PREGNANT and almost 28 years old! Time flies! Kristen Prewitt was also with us at "the house" and the three of us had a great time visiting campus together again.

First Post-20 weeks

Hi, all! Thomas and I are looking forward to getting into our new house in Beverly Woods in the South Park area of Charlotte while we await "her" arrival in August.

I'm back at Modern now until the baby comes and Thomas is working double time: Sous Chef at Davidson Tea House and also serving at Basil Uptown. I have to be honest: I am looking forward to some mandatory time off for maternity leave!

ps-I promise I'm happier than I look in this picture! Hehe...I guess I'm just not a fan of the "show-my-chubby-self-off" pics. :)
